Confirmed Run T2B experts:  

Nick Lister.

Nick is an experienced endurance athlete who has used exercise as a tool to battle mental health issues.  Six and a half years ago Nick topped the scales at almost 18.5 stone and realised that he had to take action. What started as a desire to lose weight and become healthier has taken Nick on a journey that has seen him complete: 
- 6 Backyard Ultra's (represented team UK in 2020 where he completed 100 miles in 24 hours) 
- Become the 2nd man ever to run the NC 500 (524 mile route around the north coast of Scotland) 
- 3 Ironman triathlons 
- Over 100 solo marathon runs in training 
Nick's journey is an inspirational one that he will share with all T2B participants in our April 'live talk' event. 


Jess Coveley 


Jess is a qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 15 years’ experience.
Jess has worked with hundreds of individuals and delivered thousands of hours of Pilates finding ways to help people feel better and become healthier both physically and mentally.  
Jess has develop her own 'Jess Coveley Pilates method' that she is passionate about sharing with as many people as possible in a practical, safe and cost-effective way.

Every fortnight, T2B will host live online member check 'ins' where you can interact with T2B founders Martyn & Paul.  In the check 'ins' we will discuss planning and preparation, look ahead to the coming weeks and generally immerse yourself in the Run T2B community.
